What they didn't have: bagels, most donuts, decaf coffee, more than 2 staff members.What they did have: a long line.This Tim's is severely understaffed and skates by on the fact that the only other option for food at this pathetic OnRoute is a Burger King. I ordered a soup and sandwich meal (I asked to "make it a meal" as per the screen showing various combo add-ons) and it was all rung up separately which... Defeats the purpose of a combo.My guess is that the cashier was new, so no hate to her, but it speaks to the really poor management and training going on at this tim's, in addition to their severe understaffing (there was only two people working and some dude who looked like a manager just popping in and out).Bad time, mid food, overpriced. If there was any other edible option in this OnRoute, I'd have gone there instead.

On the early morning of October 18th at 1:30 AM, I requested a dark roast coffee at Tim Hortons. The guy taking my order initially stated it would take 4-5 minutes, to which I agreed. However, the girl next to him suddenly claimed the coffee machine was not working, despite their body language suggesting otherwise. It was disappointing to encounter such dishonesty, and it has left me with a poor impression of Tim Hortons' service. I've decided not to stop there again in the future. I hope that employees don't resort to lying when they simply might not want to do their job.
