Harvey's has always had the right formula for its food in taste and portion sizes. But the atmosphere is getting a little dated. So if there is one thing they should concentrate on to boost customer satisfaction, is in updating their decor.

I went to Harveys today with a growling belly, mouth watering for a burger. I would like to commend the staff for their promptness in taking my order and getting it ready for me with friendly attitudes and smiles. Ive been to a few establishments where this was not the case with their employees. I guess some people just shouldn’t deal with the public-in stark contrast with those who served me today. I’d also like to send a big shout out to NIKKI who made the burger better....
