Our local A&W no longer has ice, and no refrigerated glass mugs. Cochrane less than an hour away, and a much smaller population has both. I’ve yet to get a burger that even comes close to looking like the ones on the TV ads.
First trip to A&W in Brockville...we are only customers in store, about 10 minutes after opening. Stood at counter for 5-10 minutes while 2 staff members talked about what they did the previous evening. We left!
Tried a second visit about a month later. Ordered a breakfast sandwich. Got out to car, looked at it and the egg was a black/green combination. Took it back in, got another, same gross egg color. Returned and got money back. NEVER AGAIN!!! I am assuming they NEVER CLEAN...read full review
