Worst customer service ever
Extremely rude on phone will never order there again
Placed order at 4 for delivery for 6 called twice after 6 to get status and all the lady on phone do was lie
Decided to cancel at 640 and ordered from an other Chinese restaurant and only wait 25minutes to get food
Wow! Terrible customer service. Was placing an order on the phone when the woman on the other line was incredibly rude. I asked for clarification on what was in one of the combos, she was huffing and puffing on the other end. When I asked if it was a bother she started cursing at me and telling me to get a high school diploma (which for the record I have a university degree 🤣). I then asked if I could speak to the owner and she started yelling to whom ever was in the background...read full review

The food was fantastic, but unfortunately I experienced terrible customer service. There was a simple misunderstanding with our order and rather than simply rectifying the issue, the woman on the phone was rude and disrespectful. She was argumentative, which was completely unnecessary. I am very disappointed because I love to support local and, again the food was great, but not worth dealing with such an unpleasant person.
