I was very disappointed with my experience. I asked politely why an automatic gratuity was added when our group had multiple tables and separate bills, and instead of getting a clear explanation, the server/manager was extremely rude and dismissive. Placed an order of cucumber rolls and was given crab rolls instead. When calling to let them know they made a mistake, they stated that we said California rolls even though 5 people were present when the order was being placed for the family. All 5 people vouched for the fact that we would never have ordered crab due to a severe allergy in the home.

Food is good and a large variety of choices. Service is quick. Party of over 10 went well. Complaint #1 is 15% tip is automatically put on your bill whether you like it or not. Dine-in is all-you-can-eat only, nothing à la carte. One person wanted to have take out since she was a pop in for a kids birthday before work. They did not want her to sit at the table with her take out containers (to be eaten at work not in the restaurant). Not impressed with that.
