“Never had an issue with pizza orders, but recently we received a pasta dish that appeared to be in a filthy pan. When we called about it they explained that they bake the dishes in the pan and the sauce can sometimes burn around the edges of the pan. They replaced the dish and the next one was a little less burnt around the pan, but we can now see that it was exactly what they claimed it to be. We are grateful for their patience and willingness to solve our issues quickly. Thank you, and we apologize for the trouble!“

“Tracey made our night very special. The food tasted very fresh and came very quickly after ordering. The caesar salad had excellent dressing and croutons. The bacon potato soup was very creamy and delicious. Everything we had was hot/fresh and above expectations.
The service was outstanding! Tracey had excellent rapport with us and gave us fantastic feedback when we asked questions. She was an absolute delight.
We felt very comfortable in our corner booth. We both get over-stimulated easily, but did not feel overwhelmed here. It was very refreshing to be in an "at home" environment.

“Amazing experience just moved from BC and we stopped in on our way home to smooth rock falls and they loaded our pizza and when we asked for extra parm on our garlic sticks they took it another step and asked if we wanted extra butter , I watched them load our crazy bread. It was amazing and tasted like when me and my husband use to go to school and get it back in the day! 5stars for amazing customer experience and for going above and beyond.
