“Horrible, horrible customer service made worse by a terribly disrespectful manager. Ordered 4 of the new pastries online 15 minutes before pickup only to be told when I showed up that I would have to wait "17" minutes. When I explained I couldn't wait and wanted a refund, I was told that I couldn't get a refund. When I explained that was unacceptable, she basically told me "tough luck" with an attitude. I didn't want to lose $15 so I waited. When I showed up a the drive thru window again, she told me that I would have to wait at least another 10 minutes. When I asked to be comped a box of Tim Bits for an unacceptable wait she said I was being rude. What a joke coming from the one that was totally disrespectful to me. Corporate will be contacted as this is so totally unacceptable. This franchisee needs to know that such a rude employee/manager has no place in a customer service position.“
“So this Hortons is way better than the downtown one - unless downtown changes their tune someday! We bike out to this one instead, even though there's more hills and traffic. Friendly staff here the that want to serve, orders right and fresh etc. Great attitude. Recommended.“
