“I always have an amazing experience at this location i often am greeted by a friendly employees named Krishna in the morning she greets me with a friendly smile and if she sees me coming across the parking lot my coffee is already waiting for me on the counter it is fresh and perfect every time and upon leaving she tells me to have a good day what a better way to start your day with a great coffee and a smile the store is very clean the food and drinks are made right all the staff are amazing people i cant say enough good things about this location and the staff this is the only location i will go to for know on thank you Krishna and staff for a great start to my day“

“I had an issue at this location yesterday afternoon. I don’t like to file complaints but I did this time and I send a message to customer service. I received a response from the location manager in a very timely manner and she corrected the error immediately and assured training will take place to avoid the same happening again. Now that’s a great manager, resolved the problem and help employees understand how to avoid a reoccurrence. Mistakes happen, but the efficiency, kindness and fast response of the manager was outstanding.“

“So I purchased a strawberry and apple pie from this location upon getting to the window. They told me there was no strawberry and I’d have to substitute for two Apple. I agreed this would be fine that I pulled up to the second window and we waited for everything. The blonde lady was rude when she handed me my two apple pies, and ice cream which I later found out were ice cold still. My wife went in to ask why they weren’t heated as we usually get and we were told that they don’t know how to heat them and they never heat them before. Then we were told we can’t eat them like that because we would get sick you guys handed us frozen pies that we could get sick from?tf. What kind of service is this? They later on made my wife feel stupid When she pointed out caution. it literally says caution hot on the side of your packages because they’re baked are they not? The manager or whoever was in the counter and went in was very rude and very inconsiderate reassuring us that we don’t know what we’re talking about having never being served frozen pies. I’m a constant customer and your service is rapidly declining, which is made me not come in as much.“

“Oh my, today I had the best marinara sauce I have ever had! And the gnocchi! The only comparison I have is from the grocery store and the gnocchi I had the pleasure of savouring today was a heavenly texture and flavour! I won’t ever buy grocery store gnocchi again. I had a cardamom chai tea, and Rosa served it with hot frothed milk which made the tea taste even better. I was full, but decided to try dessert. I had the lemon (?) and it was divine! I wish I lived nearby so I could eat here regularly. The service was friendly and fast.“
