I only gave two stars for a benefit of the doubt as these poor workers are making very little money and ran to the ground. This place is just awful.. management isn’t great and they don’t give students hours yet they hire them. It’s a shame to see a Tim’s with so much potential be ran this way.
Normally when leaving Tim's and thinking it was great, it was just that I got the right order, quickly, and interactions were kind/professional.This Tim's though, I left happier and lighter. The staff working today were so kind and charming and for the first time, I experienced an "above and beyond" service moment. The interactions were so kind and genuine in the short bit of conversation we had, but I left energized and with a smile on my face.Thanks for the amazing service.
