Tim Hortons is a reliable restaurant that offers good food every time. They have vegetarian options and accommodate dietary restrictions upon request. The restaurant provides free parking and is kid-friendly. The staff are fantastic and so welcoming. The order was correct, completed efficiently, fresh and tasty. However, some customers have experienced issues with the presentation of the chocolate-dipped donuts. There can be a lack of professionalism, hygiene, and attention to customer service. The staff may not stir the sugar in the coffee.
