“I had such a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Mack and Neveah! They were both incredibly sweet, helpful, and genuinely a joy to chat with. It’s always nice when you come across employees who make you feel welcomed and appreciated. They really made my visit a pleasant one, and I wanted to make sure their kindness was recognized. Thank you, Mack and Neveah! 😊“

“Everything about this place was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter was very nice. The food was fresh and awesome. Then we also had dessert and that was really good as well. Great atmosphere with really nice people.“

“Ordered from Tim Horton’s on Mitchell Avenue in Listowel. Rob, the franchisee was super nice. Very pleasant. And being out of chicken soup he happily substituted a chicken wrap with no questions asked. That is great customer service!! Thanks Rob!“

“Very impressed with the young staff!! They are always smiles and very helpful! They all have great customer service even though they deal with some unkind customers! I would recommend Palmerston Timmies! Have some patience and it will go along way with customer service! Be happy these teens aren’t running the streets causing trouble and instead trying to learn to make money and survive in this very impatient society! Keep up the great work Palmerston!! 😁“
