Hats off to the staff for their unwavering dedication to… empty tables. We watched in awe as two groups of two were turned away because a perfectly available table was sacredly reserved for parties of 3–4 — despite zero such parties in sight. Truly admirable how they prioritized a rule over, you know, actually serving customers. It’s not every day you see a restaurant so passionately committed to losing business. Five stars for consistency, zero for common sense.

Oh, what a delightful experience! My friend and I had the absolute privilege of standing around waiting while the restaurant insisted we wait for a “smaller” table because two people dare occupy one of the many available sacred larger tables meant for three or four. Never mind that those tables were just sitting there empty. Clearly, maximizing space is far more important than accommodating paying customers. Fantastic experience overall!

There are porridge hot pot and beef hot pot, but the hygiene needs to be improved. The water is directly put in a milk tea cup😂, and the dipping sauce should be better.

water from the ceiling collecting and dripping into the soup
It's not delicious, it's very bad. The beef doesn't taste like beef. It says Wenchang chicken but it actually tastes like ordinary chicken. The dipping sauce on the coconut chicken base is also very unauthentic. So many good reviews are for two free drinks. .

Completely gross braised pork rice. Don't do it.

This place is a complete scam
1. I ordered the coconut chicken soup base, they only serve a plain soup, and when I ask where is the chicken, they said the chicken sold separately, what a joke, they should rename it to coconut soup.
2. The meet is in extremely small portion, it would blow your mind.
3. They only accept cash or wechat pay
4. They aggressively force you to give a minimum 10% tips. Just dismiss them with any percentage you want.

All I can say is that it tastes terrible and the meat is not real.

The server didn’t deliver nor remind us of all the food we ordered. Dipping source was also pre-mixed. All cash or offshore transactions. Doubt how authentic the reviews were

ordered from this place everyday in the summer. it used to be amazing. one day i ordered and potatoes were disgusting and inedible. i tried again. disgusting and inedible. i tried a third time few days later. same result. don’t know what happened but i’m scared to order from my favourite food store because the quality suddenly went from amazing to the worst food i’ve ever tasted. i had to throw out 3 meals. maybe ill try again in a year whenever this new chef leaves

We found a nice spot in Chinatown that serves Chaoshan beef hotpot! Each cut of beef is brimming with flavor, and one whole plate of beef costs only $4.45!
I love how fresh their seafood is and the variety of meats. My favorite is the ox tongue; it is so tender and flavorful✨
Their beef soup base is relatively blander than the usual mala soup you’ll find in Chinese hotpot restaurants, but with their homemade sauce, you’ll get the best flavors from the meat.

It’s the first time to eat Chaoshan hot pot here.
Although the soup base is a bit light, the ingredients are so fresh.
The homemade sauce is delicious
Beef is $4.45 a plate, a completely conscientious price
If you don’t want to eat spicy hot pot, this is a good choice
Follow my page/show and the reel staff will give you a swimming lobster?
