I was the 5th person to join the Starwood Capital team. I helped design the brand's philosophy, look and first hotels in New York and Miami. Great memories. Nice to see it doing so well.

Came here for breakfast. The service was really slow the day I visited. Didn’t get my cold-pressed drink until after my food arrived and the food took about 45 minutes to come out. The food was good though.

Shoutout Chef RJ for top notch hospitality. The food was amazing and the special touch from the team - specifically RJ - made our brunch experience. We tried the peach cobbler french toast, smoked salmon eggs benedict and the corn caesar with added steak. Great brunch spot, the food is truly outstanding. We will be back.

The food is just ok level but no service at all… the guy kept rushing us when we were looking through the menu, and his body language seems very arrogant and unfriendly, and they dared to charge 18% minimum service fee 😢

This was our first time visiting 1 Kitchen & it was a great experience. We made a reservation in case it was busy, but luckily it wasn’t. Our server was lovely & made sure our food was prepared safely because our party had allergies. I tried the monthly feature: the Iced Biscoff Espresso & it was amazing. It’s definitely more bitter than sweet, but not overly strong in the bitterness. This month they also have an Iced Strawberry Matcha, though we haven’t tried it. We also ordered the White Wine Spritz which was very good if you want something alcoholic. For food, we ordered the Crab Cake Benny which was phenomenal. There’s no breading- it’s replaced by the crab cakes & I think that was a good choice. We also ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich & you can’t go wrong with a classic chicken sandwich. The fries were great as they featured different potato types so it wasn’t always the same taste. I’d recommend trying this place out for sure
