The host and our server were wonderful. Our food was tasty. I was part of the original Starwood Capital team that created and developed the 1 Hotel brand 17 years ago. I was the 5th person to join the Starwood Capital team. I helped design the brand's philosophy, look and first hotels in New York and Miami. Great memories. Nice to see it doing so well.

Came here for breakfast. The service was really slow the day I visited. Didn’t get my cold-pressed drink until after my food arrived and the food took about 45 minutes to come out. The food was good though.

We didn't have a good experience at 1 Kitchen. The food was disappointing and the noise level quite unpleasant. We could barely hear the waitress as she tried to take our order. She was very nice, but it was difficult to communicate. In addition, our food was overcooked and not very appetizing. With so many wonderful restaurants in Toronto, we cannot recommend this one.

We had a great brunch at 1 Kitchen Toronto, The service was excellent—friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and yummy, and the coffee was just right. The lush greenery at the restaurant gave it such a calm vibe. A perfect blend of great food and refreshing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend for a relaxed, quality brunch in the city!

Shoutout Chef RJ for top notch hospitality. The food was amazing and the special touch from the team - specifically RJ - made our brunch experience. We tried the peach cobbler french toast, smoked salmon eggs benedict and the corn caesar with added steak. Great brunch spot, the food is truly outstanding. We will be back.
