The building is nice and secure. Have to go through 2 secured entrances just to get to your door which I like.

The concierge (the black guy who works nights) is the most unpleasant person I’ve ever met. Communication with him is often marked by rudeness, and he clearly shows no interest in helping or resolving issues. Moreover, he spends most of his time on personal matters, such as watching YouTube videos or having long phone conversations. This behavior is unacceptable for an employee who is supposed to ensure the comfort and safety of the residents. Because seems he has completely forgotten why he works there – because the residents of this building pay his salary. He would be better off being friendlier with them, not just with those renting through Airbnb. Chasing $10 tips could ultimately cost him his job. I urge management to pay attention to this and not allow individuals who take out their personal problems and failures on regular people to work here.

Concierge is always helpful and they take delivery packages for you. We have a new manager as of last year and he is much better than the old managers. He is very on the ball and takes care of any issues promptly.

The building is well managed. The area is quiet and easy to East or West of the city at any time. The concierge staff is great, Ben and Anthony are amazing! Linda has always been helpful when anything goes wrong!

While we were visiting Toronto we been at the Fort York tavern few times and every time service was good staff was friendly and we enjoy a lot . I like the pizza there , I can’t believe the negative comments I read about to place .
