It is 8:00 p.m. on a Thursday night went in to grab a couple of slices. The place was filthy and both of the employees were basically standing around doing nothing... They had zero vegetarian options available for pizza. No cheese, no vegetarian... This location is also the most expensive two-for-one location out of every single one in Toronto and has probably the lowest quality ingredients out of all of them. Tried today to come here because I was hoping for more professional staff members than the Havelock location, but sadly it seems like unprofessionalism is quality you guys look for when hiring.

Perhaps my worst experience being in Toronto so far.
I was just passing by when I decided to get something to eat from the 241 pizza. I ordered a Penne Pasta which was $10, and paid a $100 note.
The cashier was an Asian woman who was skeptical about my note, which I withdrew from the TD bank next to it.
She stared at it for 5 mins and then asked me if I have another note. I gave her another. She stared at it for another 5 mins all clueless.
That's when I realized she has no idea how to check notes and all of it was based on my appearance/skin colour.
I cancelled the order and left being as patient as I can be, honestly I still cannot comprehend the disrespect they showed me, it's my own hard earned money.

Tried Pizza 241 on St. Clair and honestly, it was a big letdown. Everything felt low quality—from the crust to the toppings. The pizza was bland, greasy, and just didn’t taste fresh at all.
To make things worse, the service was unprofessional and unwelcoming. No greeting, no effort, just a rushed and careless vibe overall.
There are way better pizza options in the area. This one definitely isn’t worth your time or money. Wouldn’t recommend.

Thursday December 26th 2024 negative 3 outside I ordered pizza around 3:00 just a slice she put it in an oven for literally 5 seconds not even took it out and handed it to me ....it was still ice cold when I called back for her to put it in the oven it was like I was asking the most ridiculous question ... you shouldn't have somebody working in your establishment if they don't have the passion for it and if you're the owner sell the place cuz you're miserable.

Absolute worst customer service ever. On two seperate occasions they give me the apple fritter without icing. Employees at the store make a huge fight with me that they don't have icing even though website clearly says it comes with it.I call customer service to complain and all they do is offer me credit for another Apple fritter on my next order which will be never.

The pizza here isn’t very good sadly. Ordered a slice of pepperoni and was disappointed. The slice felt very doughy and bready with not much cheese or sauce. Feels like they make up for their lack of quality by making the slices bigger than most other chains. The service here was very good though, the man and woman duo in the front were very patient and happy enough to answer any questions i had.
