My review is dated. I last had a slice here when it was 2 slices+1 can soda for like 5 bucks. I miss their signature hot sauce. You got me though college at Humber. Coming home to them slices after 9 millions hours on the TTC was the best.

The person in charge of this location is only interested in pushing out very low quality food. This has to be the worst 241 ocation I’ve ever been to. Even the slices are tasteless and bland. Does anyone care??

Stop leaving stacks of flyers at my apt building. We have a sign clearly saying no flyers displayed. It is a waste of paper since the whole stack gets thrown directly in the recycling

Bro 241 fell off‼️ i order extra cheese the cheese is mediocre and burnt, not to mention i ordered thick crust, and it was THIN! He put it side to side with an actual thin crusted pizza and IT WAS THE SAME !!!

This is the worst pizza spot in Parkdale (slightly worse than Pizza Pizza). Cardboard crust, sauce that tastes like cheap pasta sauce. Rubber cheese. The only reason to visit is if you're a middle school / high school student looking to get a cheap slice that fits your lunch money budget.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! The manager "Jackson" is a liar, and refused to rectify the mistake made by this locations delivery driver.Yesterday we ordered pizza through Uber Eats, which goes through this locations delivery system. Near the estimated time, I call this location and confirm the delivery and was told it would arrive in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, no pizza. I call and get told that it was delivered and left with the concierge, so we go down and check. NO PIZZA. We call back, and are told we are lying and that the order was delivered.This then leads to being repeatedly put on hold, told we are lying, and being hung up on. I am disgusted at the lack of customer service from this location. What's makes it even more frustrating is that I CAN HEAR THE DRIVER IN THE BACKGROUND SAY HE DELIVERED IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, which the manager and customer service agent never admit to. What kind of service is this!No one admits to the mistake, instead telling us to speak to Uber. What kind of company suggests this as a solution, when the RIGHT thing to do is to remake the order and get it delivered ASAP. 241 Pizza forces Uber to use their delivery drivers, but takes no responsibility for the orders or deliveries.The manager, "JACKSON", and customer service agent refused to speak to us, putting us on hold and hanging up. We went to the location we heard the delivery driver say in the background, and guess what, WE FOUND OUR ORDER AT THE WRONG PLACE. This company, and the team who works here disgusts me. So I repeat, DO NOT ORDER HERE!

been coming here since 1997. i remember as a kid my mom would buy me a slice sometimes after school and we would walk home with it in hand, toppings falling all along queen st. there are definitely better pizza places in the city, but for a classic no frills style slice, this place always delivers, today is no exception. i always get about 4 containers of their hot sauce. i wish you guys sold a larger bottle because it is sooooo good.
Charges $.50 for order under $10. I complained and the worker tried talking bad about me when I was just walking out to another customer as I’m still there. 0/10 don’t recommend

I ordered the 2 panzo deal and selected my ingredients for both but ended up with one gigantic panzo with everything in it, unfortunately it's just to much ingredients in one thing and isn't very good. Hopefully the ordering through Google gets fixed.
