Bought their Himeji Cake which was strawberry yogurt, matcha, mochi flavoured. Cake did have a strong tea flavour but very faint strawberry taste. Enjoyed the texture and softness of the cake. Only disappointed that once you remove the plastic sheet it took all of the cream off the side and left with a bare cake essentially.
Shu Cake’s new Blueberry Greek Yogurt Cake is my summer obsession. 🍰🫐Low-cal, sugar-free, high-protein, and so light! You can totally enjoy an extra slice guilt-free. The cake is incredibly moist, with less cream so every bite feels airy yet indulgent. Tangy yogurt notes are perfectly balanced, and the fresh, crisp blueberries burst with flavors. Light, healthy, and absolutely the best one I’ve had so far. Will be released on Aug 22nd! so keep an eye out 🤏🏻
