Overall we had a nice time at 7 Numbers. We've been there before and always enjoyed ourselves. This time we feel that we made poor menu choices and so our experience was not as good as past times.

Before I forget, I wanted to take this time to give a huge shout-out to this restaurant. There are many Italian restaurants in Toronto, but some places are special for reasons you can’t quite put into words. 7 Numbers Eglinton has those special reasons.
I ordered a party tray of lasagna that had everyone talking — truly one of the highlights of the night. The flavours, the freshness, the richness… absolutely perfect.
The service was excellent as well. Such warm, genuine people who clearly care about quality over quantity. You can feel the pride in everything they serve.
If you haven’t checked this place out yet, make sure you do. It’s a gem.

I asked for a cake or desert with a candle to presented at the end of dinner as we were celebrating something. It never happened. What's the point of leaving instructions on Open Table if not followed? I was looking at waiter at the end of dinner hoping he gives me a look or something. Nada

A neighbourhood place with a warm vibe and attentive service. The cocktails and secondi need improvement, as they were both lacking in interesting tastes or textures (for example, Sexy Duck had a boiled taste and feel). At previous visits, the pasta and meatballs were good - choose these if you are visiting.

The food was fresh and tasty. The servers were friendly but we had a few issues that are easily addressed. 1. Server should ask before removing an appetizer that was only half eaten. 2. Replace forks from appetizer with new ones for the main course 3. Tip options starting at 20% especially with average service was not a nice way to end the meal.

I’ve been going here for 20 years and can say from firsthand experience a big part of that longevity is how remarkably consistent they are. You know when you see a character like Mama Rosa hanging over the kitchen staff’s shoulder and laying in to them if they make a mistake that even if everything isn’t right in the world, it will be at your table for the next few hours. My go-to is the lamb shank, the meatballs are also fantastic and it’s hard to beat the value of their family-style prix fixe. An 11/10 establishment overall

The waiter was an absolute joke. We arrived at 7pm for dinner. It’s no 1015 and still don’t have the bill. If you don’t mind wasting your evening for mediocre food and horrible service then come to this restaurant. I won’t ever come back nor will I ever refer this restaurant to anyone…..Stay Away!
