The lady is super sweet, however this is the worst banh mi I’ve ever ate. No pate and mayo, the portion of meat was very sad. The veggies smell like vinegar and to the point my bag smell bad.

Nicest owner, very kind lady. Prices are reasonable - she does prefer cash, but does take both debit and credit for a small (reasonable) fee of $0.50. Has a wide selection of drinks that you can't normally find in other stores as well - I picked up a couple of basil seed drinks.

I was impressed. I'd never notice this place until a friend took me there. A small kitchen and ordering area with the owner cooking and making the food with their customer. She has such a sweet xharm, an amazing smile and such a positive infectious energy. The food is superb, delicious and home made. If not the food. The owners personality, kindness and sincere attitude to cooking and life just makes you feel good. It's a place you order and eat out but it is so worth it. 5 STARS ABSOLUTELY! This is will be a spot I come back to when I'm downtown Toronto. Gotta check it out and give it a try. And also support small business owners especially when the food is delicious.
I ordered rice paper salad, pork and lemon grass ban mi along with the kale, strawberry, apple ginger fruit smoothie (no dairy).

I got the bbq pork Vietnamese sandwich it was just what I wanting when I looked this place up. Crunchy vegetables, a delicious sauce, just the right amount of heat. And I just love bbq pork in general. It’s a small shop so easy to miss and doesn’t have much dining space, but the owner is incredibly sweet and I enjoyed the friendly banter :)

Price is excellent. Taste is great. Clean sandwiches! The sweetest owner! Please support this shop! They deserve the best
The owner is super friendly and knows all her regulars' orders. She prepares everything to order.
Prices are really low, especially for the area. There's a large variety of banh mi and drinks with some fried rice and noodles.
Cash is preferred but debit and credit are accepted.
