955 Chinese exceeded my expectations! The food was fresh, hot upon delivery, well presented and tasty. We ordered directly off their website and had no issues and were grateful for the pictures displaying their items. The delivery handoff was friendly and quick.Will absolutely order here again! I was ordering food to a friend's apartment building and put instructions to have the driver call when he arrives so I can come meet him. The apartment number I put was the wrong one (my fault). He called when he arrived and I told him I would be right there.When I got to the front of the building I called the driver 3 times and he didn't pick up so I went back to the apartment. He called me back and told me he was downstairs so I went back to meet him.When I got to the front of the building he started screaming at me on the street because I had put the wrong apartment, refused to give me my food and just continued to yell at me. I asked him repeatedly to stop yelling and to give me my food and he refused. It wasn't until i called the restaurant in front of him to inform them what was happening that finally he gave it to me.Terrible customer service from the driver and the manager who I spoke to as she heard the driver screaming at me but told me she couldn't do anything because she needed to hear his side of the story.A driver should never yell at a customer like that, especially over a simple mistake.I will never order from this restaurant again.**edit**Now the manager is lying and saying that the driver "did speak a little loud" because he woke up an elderly lady and that I made him wait 20 mins.* The manager who replied, as well as other residents of the building heard the driver YELLING at me.* The driver called me at 7:07. I then called him 3 times and he didn't answer. He finally called me back at 7:14 and I met him. So that's 7 mins - not 20 minutes like they're claiming.And even if he had mistakenly woken someone, that is NO EXCUSE to yell and berate a customer.Appalling customer service all around. I will be telling all my friends and family in the beaches about this experience.

I am dismayed and appalled to see the behavior of the delivery driver tonight infront of my building on Kingston road.I witnessed a delivery driver acting irate towards a customer who left very clear instructions that the driver did not follow.He's was abusive and aggressive. He was irate because the wrong apartment number had been given.He was flailing her very expensive order around with no regard.The young girl showed me the instructions on her receipt to prove she was telling the truth in the elevator. She had no reason to defend her self to me as a stranger.I work in mental health. He cleary needs an evaluation. I would recommend a leave of absence until he collects himself. You wouldn't want it to escalate further to the point he physically hurts someone.Do better

As a long time customer of a local spot I decided to try 955 this time and was not disappointed! Food was super fresh and tasty! Chicken balls were the best I’ve ever had.They must have forgotten the soy sauce but I had some on hand. Delivery was super quick.Also, it said when I checked out online that there was an error, and closed my page, I waited 20 min and finally got a receipt, thankfully I didn’t order elsewhere. Keep this in mind in case it happens.Definitely try this place out if you want something fresh and delicious!
