Beautiful place, but service was lacking and very slow while restaurant was nearly empty. Sushi were not very good not sure if it's run by Chinese or just in general don't know how to cook . very small amounts of fish, smaller sizes than any other place plus rice didn't feel fresh.

Food is bad, especially their Thai food. Sushi is below average at best.
However, their items are all cheap and the service is fast. For cheap, quick and bad food, this is the place to go!

Bad rude staff specially bald man he rude behaviour in every customer and every deliveries drivers. Because I was sitting in the dining room every customers and deliveries drivers faced very bad rude behaviour .My suggestion to the owner of Hotel and upper management higher professional staff and remove bad rude behaviour staff.
I recently visited Sushi 99 and was disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members. The employee with hair was extremely rude and misbehaved not only with a customer but also with an Uber driver, which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere.
I kindly request that Sushi 99 review its policies and provide better staff training to ensure all customers and delivery drivers are treated with respect and professionalism. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to maintain the restaurant’s reputation.

We went in for AUCE today for the first time and it was disappointing. The place looks nice, but the food is bad. Most of the things taste very stale. The staff is very friendly though. What a shame.

Sushi here is great! I had a golden dragon combo of 16 pcs, everything was superb, I also came with a side salad and misô soup.
The food was ready in no time.

This place caught our eye as we wandered down the street, so we decided to give it a try. The food was tasty, with plenty to go around, and it was served quickly, which was a plus. The staff was welcoming, and the atmosphere, while simple, was just right for a casual meal. It’s smaller than other AYCE places we’ve been to, but still offers a comparable experience.

The tipping culture has worsen. This place is no different and we were forced to tip 15%. What if the service wasn’t good? What if I had issues? The food was okay but being forced to tip 15% feels like you have no choice but to do it. We are at the Keg just yesterday, same people, same group. We weren’t forced to. It’s bad. Not coming back to this place.
