Great local Portuguese fish market, grocery, and hot prepared take-out food. Manny is very helpful, and if you miss Fernando and Louisa from the Churresquera on Dundas, Fernando is preparing the hot food. Highly recommended.
My father always shopped here for his fish but he is getting older so I have taken on more of his tasks. He sent me here to get fish and I was unsure what to expect but the staff are so helpful and kind, I really appreciate how welcoming they are. Definitely feeling better about coming here moving forward.
Great complement to the local combinations of shops. Great prices on olive oil. coffee, etc, and they carry a nice variety of fresh bread, pastries and butter tarts as well as seasonal fruits. Oh, and there's seafood!
