I had a terrible experience at this coffee shop. I ordered an iced latte with oat milk, I paid 8$. I was waiting 15-20 min for my coffee when they call me and tell me that the machine is broken. I asked them how much time will take to repair the machine, they said maybe half an hour. I asked for a refound because I came to shop and get a coffee to enjoy my day.

Black cofee is too weak / diluted
Needs to be a little stronger
Please
Upscale coffee shop. Greeted by friendly staff, I stopped by for a black coffee. Strong coffee, yet, with a nice taste and aroma. Several tables are available and there is a nice large window so you can see the passings in the street. Prices are a bit on the high side, yet, this is downtown Toronto. Well maintained coffee shop. Does not accept cash.

The cafe is warm and inviting though small, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I was unsure of what to get so they walked me through my options, and I ultimately landed on the Banana Matcha Latte and it was like a delicious banana bread in my mouth. Loved it.

Finally a café that gets it right! A-OK Café has a warm, inviting vibe and a refreshing “laptop-free” atmosphere that makes it the perfect spot to actually relax and enjoy your drink. The baristas are genuinely friendly and welcoming, and you can feel that good energy as soon as you walk in.
I had both the café latte and matcha latte, and they were absolutely amazing, and perfectly balanced, smooth, and beautifully presented. It’s such a rare find in Toronto to have a place where you can actually sit down, unwind, and not compete with a sea of open laptops.
If you’re looking for a cozy, stylish spot to meet a friend or just take a break from the bustle of Bloor Street, A-OK Café is your place

My bestie and I stopped by A-OK Cafe on Bloor late Tuesday night and were lucky enough to be served by Armon — what an absolute gem! Even though we were his last customers, he had the best energy and was so kind and patient. He walked us through the seasonal options, gave great suggestions, and described each drink with such detail that it actually made choosing fun. The drinks were amazing, but honestly, it was Armon’s warmth and enthusiasm that made the experience stand out. I’ll definitely be coming back because of him; every cafe needs an Armon! 💫

I had a terrible experience at this café. First, they didn’t have any sugar-free cookies or lactose-free milk options, which was already surprising. Then, when I ordered a cake, they didn’t even have a fork to give me! I literally had to eat my cake with a knife!
To make things worse, the staff were unprofessional and rude. One of them told me that this is a “laptop-free café for Aritzia customers,” which was incredibly inappropriate and discriminatory. On top of that, the waitress forgot my latte, yet managed to serve the matchas for another table right away.
Overall, this place lacks basic courtesy, inclusivity, and professionalism. Definitely not recommended, there are so many better cafés in the city that actually value their customers.

Saw a YouTube video of this place and the way the owner treated public photographers was disgusting. Avoid this place.
Such a beautiful cafe - i would work here all the time if they allowed laptops! But honestly it's nice to see people having real human conversations. And special shout out to Armando who was so accommodating with my slightly annoying drink order- really friendly and made my experience a real joy!

The owner is a very strange person, he pretends too hard to be nice, there is a video online of the owner/manager harassing a photographer on the public sidewalk.
Crazy management. Very into controlling people outside their store on the sidewalk. Just weird people.

Unfortunately it seems staff like to harass people who are in public taking legal video.
