Overall quality and value of their chocolate chip cookies was just not there. Over four dollars and almost no chocolate chips and a cookie that should be at least filled with enough chips as main ingredient… Overpriced in my mind for what I got..

Told we could not sit at a table until we ordered food (2 of our party were already in line to order) yet another gentleman sat down without ordering food. And was not told he could not sit ant the table without ordering first. Unpleasant experience. We left and will never be back. Too bad the food looked delicious. Heard it’s under new management, they have a lot of work to do to improve the customer service experience.

Love love the almond croissants! I would’ve given more stars, but I don’t seem to understand why this spot is cashless. Super inconvenient to those that want to pay cash. There were high school kids behind me in the line who wanted to buy croissants, but they didn’t have cash. I ended up buying it for them!Going cashless at a spot like this is just going to make the kids who work there forget how to deal with cash. Lol. Yikes!

This was my favourite coffee place for quite a while. Not sure what happened but twice in a row the coffee was not good. Today my espresso was under extracted and last time the shot was too long and bitter.The reason i liked this place is particularly because of the atmosphere and the consistent coffee quality.A-OK management pay attention please!

It was very nice place with professional baristas and good coffee, but was… Visited today and coffee was not good at all and not sure if baristas know how to make a latte or flat white! Will avoid the place from now on… sorry
