I walked into this cafe not really knowing that it was part of the Aritiza brand ! The Baristas JV, madeleine and Vanessa were amazing and super friendly letting me know what the a-ok Brand was all about! They also gave me great recommendations for what coffees I should try upon my next visit! Definitely will be trying a flat white next - thanks team!

Ahhh where to start. Very bad. NO LAPTOPS allowed, so please be aware that in case you have to come to do any work, in the 21st century in Canada this place forbids you to use your own device, what’s next, cellphone forbidden? Ridiculous. This is not an elementary school but a small coffee place. The sign that laptops are not allowed is so small and barely visible so guess what, employees will not tell you that but they will first take your order and charge you. We specifically said we have some online work to do and asked if they have a wifi, the logical answer was NO, and after we paid and sat to open our laptops they told us that laptops are not permitted. I’m wondering how this owner imagined that their employees would get tips and people would come back when this is the situation. Avoid this place!
Please stick to common-sense policies and don’t make up new ones, and be more respectful to your customers.

I have tried probably over 100 iced vanilla lattes around the city and the world throughout my travels. This place makes it so good and consistently. Staff is always very kind! Really enjoy this spot.

Came here to buy a matcha wisk and powder, since it was a better price than David’s tea. The barista cashing me out even offered me a free drink with my purchase.

Overall quality and value of their chocolate chip cookies was just not there. Over four dollars and almost no chocolate chips and a cookie that should be at least filled with enough chips as main ingredient… Overpriced in my mind for what I got..

Told we could not sit at a table until we ordered food (2 of our party were already in line to order) yet another gentleman sat down without ordering food. And was not told he could not sit ant the table without ordering first. Unpleasant experience. We left and will never be back. Too bad the food looked delicious. Heard it’s under new management, they have a lot of work to do to improve the customer service experience.

Love love the almond croissants! I would’ve given more stars, but I don’t seem to understand why this spot is cashless. Super inconvenient to those that want to pay cash. There were high school kids behind me in the line who wanted to buy croissants, but they didn’t have cash. I ended up buying it for them!Going cashless at a spot like this is just going to make the kids who work there forget how to deal with cash. Lol. Yikes!
