The ambience was good and the staffs were also so friendly.

Ordered a Beyond burger with cheese and requested spicy mayo instead of regular. The lovely woman at front cash offered me the masala spicy mayo for the burger. It was perfect! She was very sweet & will return because of her!
They do not wear gloves when cooking or handling food, according to the cashier they don’t have to do it, I asked for a refund and then they said they can do it, but at that moment I didn’t feel like the way the handle the food is according to the public safe standard in Canada, but again they said they do not have to, so I think all the fast food restaurants need to have the same standard! You can go to one block away and you will see the difference

This place is no good and is racist antisimic and the guy threatens to kick you out when he sees my face ..the food is not good quality and everything is cold

Excellent staff! Nilima (total Babe) and the whole crew are very productive and friendly. Also they handle the difficult customers of the area respectfully

Half the time you're waiting at the register and you can see the employees in the back on their phone. Not noticing your waiting. the food isn't the greatest and the last time I was there A man was sitting down at a table with a beer in his hand. No employee said anything. He later then vomited all over the place I then asked the employee to let me out through the back. This experience made me sick of A&w, not just the location
This location isn’t in the best part of town, but the staff is great and works hard to provide good service. I tried the Breakfast Sandwich with Pret-a-Manger Coffee Special for $3.99, and it was well worth the wait—hot, gooey cheese, a perfectly cooked egg, and crispy ham on a fresh bun. The coffee was also a big improvement from their earlier A&W blend, making this an unbeatable deal you won’t find anywhere else!
