Today I went to this place and there was this guy (slim) who was working this morning and he greeted me very well. He was very calm and friendly. Love the way he served me.

Abusing staff working here. Doesn’t know. How to behave

IF I COULD PUT ZERO STAR I WOULD. THIS IS THE WORSE A&W I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I ORDERED ONLINE THROUGH RITUAL AND THEY SENT ME A TEXT WITH A CONFIRMATION AND TIME WHEN MY ORDER IS READY AND WE GET THERE FOR THE MANAGER TO TELL ME HE DIDNT GET ANYTHING. HOW DO YOU NOT GET ANYTHING WHEN I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION TEXT MESSAGES AND I PAID WITH MY VISA. I WAS ANGRY BECAUSE THAT WAS MY KIDS LUNCH AND MY KIDS NOW MISSED THEIR LUNCH BECAUSE OF THIS RIDICULOUS MISTAKE THEY KEEP MAKING. THE MANAGERS NAME IS ANKIT AND WHEN I SHOWED HIM THE CONFIRMATION THEY ACTUALLY HAD IT THERE BUT DIDNT EVEN CHECK. HE KEPT REPEATING WE DIDNT GET ANYTHING. THEN WHY WOULD I HAVE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER. I ORDERED 3 KIDS MEAL AT 11:30 AND DID NOT GET THE FOOD UNTIL 12:05 AND BECAUSE OF THIS MY KIDS MISSED THEIR LUNCH. I WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS RIDICULOUS PLACE EVER AGAIN AND I WOULD RECOMMEND AND SUGGEST YOU ALL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RIDICULOUSLY THE WORSE EVER.

Says open 24 hours but went and it was closed

Worst experience, front guy was so rude , dont know how to deal with customer, dont want to use anyone the washroom even though someone is in emergency, u r also human so please think before refusing if some one is in emergency,

I tried to use the washroom they say only for customers
I orderd food from them
But after I ordered the food from them the next guy tell me that I can’t use the washroom and says it’s out of service. I tried to talk to other guy but he didn’t even come close to me. This is such a same guys.
I have never faced such situation in my life.
If i can i would give them a negative review
No customer service
It’s just so unacceptable.

Ordered a Beyond burger with cheese and requested spicy mayo instead of regular. The lovely woman at front cash offered me the masala spicy mayo for the burger. It was perfect! She was very sweet & will return because of her!

They do not wear gloves when cooking or handling food, according to the cashier they don’t have to do it, I asked for a refund and then they said they can do it, but at that moment I didn’t feel like the way the handle the food is according to the public safe standard in Canada, but again they said they do not have to, so I think all the fast food restaurants need to have the same standard! You can go to one block away and you will see the difference
