Food is good most times.. the problem i have is that they don’t wear gloves. They say they wash their hands but some of them have habits of touching their hair, itching many spots on their bodies and touch things like counters, walls etc, and they never rewash their hands.

Best A&W in the city! The burgers are so fresh and tasty and Mr. Singh at night shift is super friendly and flashes the biggest smile! Awesome customer service and food.

The turban guy working at night is the best!

We went to dine in and the staff was extremely polite . I want to appreciate the front person named jashandeep singh who took my order with extreme level of politeness.the food was served super hot and fresh the atmosphere was so positive the staff is true asset.

Ordered a '56 Mama Burger and it got to me hot and fresh. Heavy on the lettuce tho 😙 otherwise it would have been all five stars.

Came in with an older woman who they refused to serve due to, what I perceived as, religious grounds. Tried to refuse to serve me when I asked for the same order on her behalf. Finally relented after the manager, I assume, said it was fine and the woman was able to get her tea. After the woman left, I came back in and was served without issue. Don’t know what’s going on with this location, the woman was willing and able to pay, clear and respectful in her interactions with staff. The woman serving us either ignored her or pretended not to hear her when she spoke. I had no difficulty hearing or understanding her, it was not a language barrier. The whole experience was a huge red flag.
