On New Year's Eve when nothing was open after midnight, I enjoyed every bite. Staff were friendly, food hit the spot. Price helped my wallet. 5 stars.

Vegetarian options: They have a masala veggie burger which is awesome. Fries or Sweet potato fries are an option too

Ok. So everything is good. I'm being very transparent when I say there may be people who dine in who may not be in all there senses which may affect the atmosphere.

Honestly Really bad location. I was just disrespected there by the night manager this is the third time no confrontation just always rude and never accept coupons online or on the App whats the point? Your franchise. Now i made steak for dinner and forgot sides so went a go a small fries and onion ring and she wasn’t happy I had a 50 dollar bill. 2 people came after me they order combos she made me wait give them their with fries BTW (Combo) they left then give me the small fries and onion rings that was another there. I don’t understand the hostility.

Recommended dishes: French Fires, Onion Rings

Really disappointed with my dine in experience.
Cashier took our order and gave us our drinks, but she did not actually send the order to the kitchen. We waited a long time before we got our food. If I didn't ask about it, we would have been waiting longer. Customer service needs a lot of improvement at this location

Food is good, service is friendly, but it can be very slow service. Very clean facility and very accommodating staff make up for it though!

Wheelchair accessibility: The door is VERY heavy and I don't think it would be considered accessible, but there is an automatic door opener.

Apparently, certain staff at this location & it's sister location [Stockyards, on St. Clair, just west of Keele St] are prejudice against homeless people (or any1 who fits the part), REGARDLESS of whether they're paying customers or not (I am), & REGARDLESS of whether or not they cause problems, harass staff & other customers, & keep 2 themselves (I don't cause problems & keep 2 myself, usually charging my phone & tablet while there, occasionally watching a movie or a few episodes of a series whilst I eat). They don't harass any1 else, telling them that they have 2 leave, & continuing 2 do so until (I) leave, even if I'm am in the process of packing my stuff up 2 go, REGARDLESS of whether others have been there just as long. & I apologize if it sounds racist, but it always seems 2 be staff that are newcomers 2 Canada (having arrived within the past several months, as their accents are very strong, especially when they speak their native language w/other staff, & their grasp of the English language is poor at best. But it's not all newcomers; some are very respectful & polite when dealing w/customers).

**I find the same thing w/a few other A&W locations around the city (mainly in the downtown core, but not limited 2 there), as well as the McDonald's at the corner of Keele & St. Clair (Stockyards), as well as the McDonald's at Dufferin & Rimrock Rd (just north of Sheppard West Stn.).
