I regret coming here. The service was painfully slow, and the staff showed zero interest in customer satisfaction. It felt like we were being ignored on purpose.

On top of that, the place wasn’t clean, which is unacceptable for a restaurant. Dirty tables and lack of attention to hygiene made the experience even worse.

There are plenty of better options out there—save your time and money and go somewhere else.

The staff is very rude. I go for dine in . They didnt add proper ingredients which i want . I wait more than 20 minutes over there. And when i ask for my order the girl over there talk very rudely . Very bad experience. I suggest not to go over there . Try any other nearby store.

Extremely poor experience. The staff was rude and lacked basic courtesy, which made the visit uncomfortable. On top of that, the waiting time was unreasonably long, and no one bothered to inform or manage the delay properly. This place seriously needs to improve both its customer service and time management.

They gave me the wrong burger, and when I got home I realized it was soaked in some mystery liquid. I was afraid to eat it. They don't respond to complaints filed on their website.

Food is good most times.. the problem i have is that they don’t wear gloves. They say they wash their hands but some of them have habits of touching their hair, itching many spots on their bodies and touch things like counters, walls etc, and they never rewash their hands.

Best A&W in the city! The burgers are so fresh and tasty and Mr. Singh at night shift is super friendly and flashes the biggest smile! Awesome customer service and food.
