I am reaching out today regarding a small inquiry about my a&w product at this location I called in multiple times to get picked up once and asked to hang up and recall due to connection issues. So this place lacks the customer service needs if your trying to call in asking anything there's just so much locations around the he area I'm not going to bothered with this one location.

The amburger was so DRY!!, (it gave me strong stomach pain) I went 1:30 PM, yesterday, the people who work there, seemed bored, sad, and like they hate their job. All of them. I should be having a refund. The only thing, I liked was the sweet potato, was fresh. The rest was orrible (the amburger was,so, so dry). Once you walk here, you don't want to comback. You don't feel welcome either.

Hey A&W, what's the 411? I'm calling you out on a major inconsistency! Why's a small black coffee $1.5 on Yonge Street, but $1.88 at your Eglinton store? Are you guys playing by different rules? Is it a franchise thing?

This is actually the worst A&W I have ever been to. Somehow every time I order they manage to get every single item in my order wrong. Last time they gave me real meat instead of beyond meat and I am allergic to beef. Every item in every order I ever got was wrong. Don’t go here just go to McDonald’s at this point frl

Placed an order for an Uncle Burger combo at Yonge and Eglinton A&W shortly after 6:30pm November 23rd. I am ALLERGIC to onions so l always say "no onions" even if the burger doesn't normally have onions. Is just an automatic thing I'm sure to say as it's an allergy and I don’t want to suffer. Ordered Uncle Burger, Sweet Potatoes fries and a rootbeer for in store. NEVER GOT A RECEIPT! Sat down and friend brought my tray. They forgot the dip for the fries. Went back and got it. I started eating burger and was almost done when I noticed the onions. More actually that started having a reaction to the onions. I took out the ones left and went up to show the guy. Asked if I could have a new burger, he said yes and I went to sit back down as an uncle burger can take ten minutes. Got visiting with my friend and relized no new burger. So before I left I asked for my new burger. Guy ignored me but sent young lady from the back. Said they will not be giving me a new burger. I said why not. She said well you ate that one. Ok it's an ALLERGY. They don't kick in immediately but you know your next few hours are gonna be miserable. She said the guy said I didn't say no onions. I ALWAYS ask for no onions. No matter what l order, chicken, taco, anything. I definitely did. And since I didn't get a receipt I couldn't see that he didn't make the note. I asked to speak to the manager. She said she already called the manager about me and no. So nothing. Said I would be sure to leave a terrible review as he was lucky I wasn't the anaphylactic kinda allergic reaction as they could seriously harm someone. I'm just gonna burp sulphur for the next six hours but hey... at least my throat didn't close. Thanks for literally nothing!!!! Not even a sorry or a "let's refund you" or "let's make you that new burger you requested". Would NOT recommend this A&W if you have any health requirements or even want friendly service.
Dietary restrictions: Asked for no onions due to allergy. Serves food with onions and no sorry or remake or anything. Would not recommend if dietary restrictions!!

The person preparing food is not wearing gloves!! Isn’t that against the food standards ????
It's like any other A&W store but this specific branch have issue if cleanliness. Maybe it's due to the issue of young & Eglinton in general getting this dirty but this store is way more than I felt uncomfortable
Vegetarian options: A&W have veggie burger which is way better then vegan options which give digestive issues.

The food quality over a course of a month significantly went down. I’m not sure if it was only this time but I ordered the spicy Habanero chicken with sweet potato fries and I could barely taste the sauce on the chicken burger. The worst part was the sweet potato fries, it tasted like they fried it in oil that hasn’t been changed for a long time. I had to actually spit it out because of the taste. I’m very very disappointed to ruin my meal like this.

If only I could give 0 stars. I dont usually write reviews but I asked for a teen burger with no bacon and they accidentally put bacon on it, which happens - I get that. But when I went back and told them, they wouldnt remake the burger or give me a refund, even after I explained that I cant eat bacon. They made me stand around for 30min while they tried to contact their manager and eventually just said they 'couldnt do anything. Terrible service!!
