Long time customer of this location. It's a bit run down but service and food are consistent. I order quite a bit from there as well. The problem is they just raised the price of a Teen Burger Combo by $6 in one week. Far too expensive now for what you get.

Can I change the fact that A&W A&W but the people who serve me the food are very rude and they don't like their jobs the two people that are in there are disgrace to A&W and I think if I was the owner and my friend walked in there and got the service that I got today I would literally fire them both doesn't matter who's who there's other people out there that are willing to work for nothing and those two people don't deserve to have that job even though it's fast food I will make sure that I'm writing a letter to head office about this and I'm so sorry for the owner he or she need I have these people representing his restaurant this is why they're at 3.8 Chicago employees like that so rude this is why people rather go to McDonald's and that's sad to say that McDonald's is a lot smaller and the people that work there are a lot more kinder and it's just down the street wow I hope they see this with you so you remember my face when's the next time I'm not going to be nice I'll give them the same energy they give me and that's not cool if you don't want to serve people find another job so you don't have to deal with people

Dan in the cashier literally told my friend that he had ‘Monkey Hands’. After he tried tapping too hard on the machine, he said that to the customer with a serious face and aggressive manor. It happened around 1:00 AM

After mcd destroyed its searing i think it's disrespectful to yourself to go there where there is a bistro that is right by and kept the seating yet most people keep going to mcd out of inertia

I just visited there as a night time and had a craving to eat something Canadian as I am from states and then found this place as a germs and most importantly the worker who works was perfect named as ‘DAN’, I should suggest everyone to go and try at least once as he is perfect and the food is delicious too
The bearded guy working tonight (Friday) around 11 PM doesn’t know what a line is, I was behind a lady and after she was finished the guy staring taking someone else’s order who came after me, right in front of me. The cashier guy saw me and still took the other guys order, good thing there is a pizza place next to it where I’ll be going if I need a quick eat, A&W used to be my spot for that as I live nearby.

Paid $37, 1 drink was forgotten, food was dry and overcooked. Kids did not eat meals because they refused to eat chicken because it was dry and overcooked. Kids Burger bun looked freezer burnt. Fries were cold. No toy or kids anything with kids meal which was also missing a fry. Or receive kids drink.

It used to be the best fast food burger in Ontario. Now the prices are up, the portion sizes are down, the quality has gotten worse. This location is extra bad. Rude staff. Rude customers. It's always dirty and extremely hot + humid inside. The place needs a solid cleaning, but why would the staff want to clean it if they are not even getting paid a liveable wage?
