The onion rings were good, but the burgers were horrible. And worse, when we complained about how cold and rubbery the meat was, head office had the store manager email us who only offered a ridiculously poor coupon compared to what we spent. This was my first time trying A&W, and will likely be my last ... although those onion rings may just get me in again in 5 years when I've forgotten how bad the food and service is.
