Hi wanted to give a review that when I was waiting to pick up food at this store I saw the workers using their bare hands to wrap up food when they should be using gloves. Now I definitely won’t be coming to this A&W to order food after seeing that. I didn’t appreciate also how long it took for them to make my food as it wasn’t busy. You guys need to tell your staff to focus on customers and now be side tracking during their shifts because it causes distress and distaste for other ppl from coming back

I ordered a pickup buy one get one on uber eats. I was there all the time waiting for my order. I ordered two times and canceled the first one but I still got charged and the person over there didn’t tell me that they already accepted the order and didn’t inform nothing about me getting charged. Got back to them, they didn’t give any refund or any food for my order . Went back another day, the SUPERVISOR was so rude to us, she didn’t say hello and no sorry and said that we accused the employee instead ! 0 respect for clients
It’s just near my house but not coming back there anymore.

I have went here for breakfast and everything was super yummy and good! The food was amazing and filled me up and was affordable. The washrooms on the other hand could be a bit more cleaner since the mirror and sink were a bit dirty, but nonetheless this was a wonderful morning experience!
Very slow service. VERY slow moving workers. Best to avoid 3214 Lakeshore location. Sign showing order progress is automated and doesn’t reflect reality. No ketchup available.

Hi, I'm just here to leave a review on one of your staff She's She's very very nice. She works the night shift at the A&W on Lakeshore. But anyway, she's lovely probably your best asset that you have there .the morning staff ,there's one girl that works at the front She's not friendly at all, but night girl she's like perfect stop she's polite. She's friendly not over friendly. She's good with all the clients and she always has a smile so she's a reason to come back So l just want to make sure that you knew that she was an exception OK and her name is TARANJEET thank you And my name is Lorraine.
