The food is horrible (like any other branch of A&W). The burger you receive its laughable because of the difference it is from the photo. No fast-food chain has a gap photo/product so big.

The staff do not wear gloves while handling food. Would understand if they washed their hands whenever they touch elsewhere. However, the staff was scratching her neck right after preparing my order and did not even proceed to wash her hands after which was absolutely disgusting. I see there have been many complaints regarding this issue since a long time at this location. However, if the owners even bother to check the cameras, I visited the location on july 25, 2025 at 5pm.
Please do not visit this location if you care even a bit about hygiene.

This is the dirtiest a and w they only have the family washroom open and the rest closed everyday and the washroom here i vial there disgusting when u bring it up to the staff they say there not schedule to clean it for another hour and let me tell they never clean it
