I had a great experience at A&W recently! The food was fresh, tasty, and satisfying — you can really tell they take pride in the quality. The burgers were juicy, the fries were hot and crispy, and their root beer, as always, hit the spot.
What stood out even more was the staff — they were genuinely kind, attentive, and clearly detail-oriented. From how clean the space was to how carefully my order was prepared, you can tell they care about getting things right and making customers feel welcome.
The location is super convenient too, right near the mall, which makes it a perfect stop during a shopping trip or quick lunch break. Definitely one of the better fast food spots around. Highly recommend!

I come to this A&W almost every morning, and the service is always excellent. The morning staff are super friendly, polite, and quick with the orders. They always greet you with a smile, and it really makes a difference when starting the day. My food is fresh, coffee is hot, and everything is always done right. When you use your hands (not wearing gloves) to put tomatoes on a plate and use no tongs you get a 1 star for food. Mind you she was also working the cash

Regular morning female server borderline surly.(shows manager at this location is at fault.) Get coffee if have to but no food as A and w is only fast food operator Cooking food with No Plastic hand gloves . Next to my gymn so get coffee only if Tim H closed!!

Best A&W I’ve ever been to and it’s been CONSISTENT!!!! I’m so glad I discovered this location. It’s a drive when I have 2 locations within walking distance, but I will only come here or order Uber eats from this location.
The food is always fresh. No egg shells in my breakfast sandwiches for once. Everything fresh and delicious. Never a complaint from me. Perfect every time.
The service is outstanding. Everyone is kind!!! And they just… do their jobs well unlike most people in this industry these days. Always a pleasant experience with the staff there.
It’s so CLEAN!! I’ve never used their bathrooms, so I can’t comment on that but if the state of the restaurant is a reflection, I can’t comment imagine they’d be clean too.
Only issues is that I’m ordering from here way too often now!
This restaurant should be a training location for the others.

Ordered through uber eats today food was stale alright my problem… the fries and chicken was sooo bad because of bad oil they NEED TO FILTER AND USE FRESH OIL PLEASE.. my taste my mood my stomach has been so upset with the bad quality oil used
I asked to use the washroom after placing my breakfast order. The key pad to use the bathroom.is so dark I need to use my cell phone flash light to see it. They need to install new key pad with easy to read numbers.
You guys need to work on your food quantity guys! Even i am past employee of A&w at keel street. But i am disappointed with this branch. I just ordered poutine and the quantity i got is worst! Hardly 4-5spoons and its over! 7$ for this??? NOT WORTH.
