Yesterday(June25) we had a very terrible experience. In the morning, we purchased two cups of hot coffee and two burgers. After finding our seats, I noticed that there was ONLY ONE packet of cream and sugar each. I asked the short, red-haired employee for extra cream and sugar, but she was very rude and say it firmly. She stated that we already had one cream and sugar. She refused to provide us with extra sugar and cream. we had ordered two cups of hot coffee. It is common sense that if someone will buys two cups of hot coffee, they should be given more than one packet of cream and sugar.
Secondly, when I requested a cup of ice to cool down my hot coffee, both she and the other employee firmly insisted that no ice was available. They exchanged glances, rolled their eyes, and sneer. A&W maintained that they could not provide a cup of ice, despite selling iced coffee and pop or cold beverages. I mentioned that I had purchased hot coffee at this store, but yesterday, both employees both refused the customer’s request.
