6sep/ 2025 Im the Uber Driver and I saw this girl today in morning how she was prepare your food, she didn't use Gloves and also I saw she was touching the bread. What you wanna boy/ girl, you want to be infected with Hepatits or Streptococ. Yeah right she touched everything in kitchen and after that she was spreading sauce on the bread with her hands, maybe she scratched other things with hand, who saw it. There was no hair protection..... Welcome to💨 culture. If you don't trust me go there and you will see also they are unethical people.

We ordered, Grampa burger they gave us only 1 patty which should have been 3. We ordered papa berger a which we got 1 patty should have been 2 patties. We ordered a beyond meat burger and it was put in a chicken bag, so didn't know if it was beyond burger or not. I called the store to tell them that our order was wrong. The manager told us that he was the one who prepared our order and that he packed it right. So that means that we are lying. So Because we couldn't get anywhere on the phone, I drove to the store. When I got there, they looked in my bag and said oh ya we did make the mistake. THE MANAGER DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR THE MISTAKE. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!.

The staff was extremely dismissive and had a terrible, disrespectful attitude. She did not wear a name tag unfortunately.
She did not ask if I wanted a combo when I explicitly identified the type of side I wanted, which seems like if I did not follow up on the drink, she would have just charged me with separate items. When I asked what drinks are available, she said “it’s all here” and looked at me like I am the reason her life is miserable. She also did not tell me onion rings and adding cheese would be extra cost.
When she gave me my takeout, I was clearly waiting in the designated area, but she had to place the bag at the other end of the counter. I looked at the takeout bag and realized that was mine, then she said “It is yours.” very dismissively.
She is by far the worst customer service person I have encountered at a fast food chain.

Horrible experience — avoid this location at all costs. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Burger at the A&W on Dupont and not only was the order completely wrong, but when I asked for a refund, they flat-out refused. No explanation, no apology — they just took my money and didn’t care. The staff were dismissive and rude, like customer service is an inconvenience to them. I walked out feeling ripped off and disrespected. This isn’t just bad service — it’s straight-up theft. I’ve never been treated this poorly at any fast food place. Do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else.

I love these people ain’t nobody should be giving them a low rating because you’re just tired and I have too much time and I don’t have any time using voice to text while I walk so don’t even come for me like that but anyway then come here for two year every weekgot the same thing they got discount all the time and never mind. I mean five years. It is so good people are so funny. I love it. Keep coming back.
