I have been going to this a&w for 6 years. All I ask for was a water. They rudely and yelling at me “No” I have never had severs this rude. With the very expensive products. I will never buy here again. You lost a customer for life. #sadbusiness

perfect service from Alana. Early morning. I went there with a Bad mood. Too many things. Deadline approach. Pressure. Ordered a single sandwich. Store staff must sense it from my tone. Later when food is ready. Surprisingly. A ice chilled glass mug of water bring to me without me even ordering. With her smile and gentle voice. I feel so much better now. Life is all about little things and kind heart isn't it?

prob one of the better A&W. whoever worked 04/22/24 just after 6pm ??. The Onion rings were prob the best at any other location and the burger was made with care too. A lot of the other locations can learn from you all if you keep your standards up, it's fast food but still, you all are actually operating like you care.

Edit. I have to update this for the inconsistency. The floors were so damn dirty and sticky and washrooms were always a problem. At least least have a hand washing station if you aren't going to tend to the washroom. The food handling is questionable also (I didn't mind or allowed it to go overlooked when it seemed that they cared or took pride in what they did)

This restaurant is always clean and the staff and management team are the best. Always friendly to everyone with a smile. The young women who always color her hair is fantastic. Your store should be the example of customer service for the other stores near you.

I went to the Broadview Danforth location today for breakfast. The service was so good. The server was very friendly, poured my coffee first and then said she would bring out my egg sandwich (bacon egger). She brought it to me and it was very fresh. Egg was cooked nicely with fresh cheddar cheese. It didn't taste at all like a mass produced sandwich like some other fast food chains. Very pleased with the breakfast. The coffee was pretty good too.

Vile. Stopped in out of town to use the restroom before ordering. What an absolute vile state the restrooms are in. Walls covered and filthy, smelled worse than you can imagine it’s like it’s never seen a disinfectant in its life. Wouldn’t want to imagine how the kitchen is clean if that was the state of the washrooms. Quickly decided not to order after that experience and went elsewhere where ; to add there also wasn’t a single staff member in sight upon arrival or leaving even IF ordering was an option after that
