Specifically asked for chicken only, the employees are really careless and don't listen to the order. Added bacon to the chicken. Couldn't refund after multiple attempts. They were not refunding me. The staff was extremely extremely rude.
One more thing I would like to add that the staff doesn't use gloves. Extremely unhygienic as well

there was 3 workers in doing nothing when i came in, one guy followed me and ordered first and asked for no tomato, it took 5 minutes to make a burger and then they called him back in to tell him they put tomatoes on and starteed laughing. horrible service

Had the Teen combo. The food came quick and actually looked good like the promo pics! Teen burger was stacked and was great! Basket of fries was huge! Great Root beer too! Definitely coming back!!

The staff used their bare hands to prepare the food while also touching other surfaces, such as countertops. They kept talking to each other without wearing face masks—I could just imagine saliva spreading everywhere. Very unhygienic.

Just went in for a quick breakfast before work would not recommend!! I had the Canadian breakfast which comes with (sausage, bacon, 2eggs, toast, has brown and a slice of tomato) the sausage look disgusting and uncooked I had to ask the lady to please take it off my plate as I wasn’t going to be able to eat that then sat down for the second time and tried eating my eggs but they tasted funky so just left them. I ended up just having my mediocre slice of toast (was not really toasted) my highlights of the breakfast where the tomat (which I got the end slice that was still a bit green) and the hash brown. Bacon was ok to . But $13 for that is crazy. When I went to go tell the lady that the eggs tasted really weird she told the other lady working there and they both laughed saying it tasted like eggs and I just kind of left. Super awkward experience/ not good customer service. I work in the restaurant industry so I know that sometimes things happen with the food but this experience was wild. I will not be visiting this an and w again. And good willing I didn’t get sick from the food that I did eat. Since the gloves she wore during cashing me out were the same she was wearing when making my food.

Visited on a Thursday afternoon and was greeted by friendly and efficient staff who gave me the time to examine the comprehensive menu. I settled for the teen burger combo and was quickly served. The fries are very good, however, they do go cold pretty quickly. The teen burger is also excellent, however, I do find the raw tomato doesn't really go with the burger. I had already ordered after I noticed the managers special. The root beer is good, I note that their drinks selection was limited due to a mechanical breakdown. The prices are reasonable, yet, I still find the combo quite expensive for what you're getting. I understand it's quality ingredients. The establishment was quite clean with the exception of the ketchup dispenser. It appeared broken with the top lid pump not sealed correctly and a number of fruit flies buzzing around it. I was able to obtain sachets of tomato ketchup so I didn't need to use the dispenser. The tables were kept clean and there was no problem of finding a space.

I don’t know who and how he/she is managing this store from years!! I am customer here since last 5 years had never seen their mug fridge working! 0.5/5 to the store manager. Apart from managing customer service from Kenil was great, served me best Uncle combo. Customer service 5/5. Would never come here for rootbeer here
