I like A&W's fresh and delicious burgers. The food is provided speedily and of excellent quality here. it’s a wonderful experience with them overall.
Vegetarian options: This is the only food court where my friend and I can place orders together because she is a vegetarian. She adores the piri piri burger.
The front cashier navrajpreet was very nice and quick woth our orders . It’s our go to place at eaton . Staff is very sweet .

I don’t usually waste my time complaining. But customer service at the Eaton Centre location by Bharti is pathetic. I don’t have any complaint about the location but particularly that girl who shows a really bad attitude. I have placed an order of BLT chicken chruncher combo and paid 20 bucks. I was not aware of what’s BLT as in the picture at the screen was so tempting but it was moving so fast that I couldn’t notice it couldn’t be Bacon. I have returned to the location and talked to Bharti very nicely if it’s possible to have sandwich without the bacon. But that rude brown woman spoiled my day and appetite. I didn’t force her to change my sandwich. I just asked if it’s possible. She gave me the sandwich with such a bad comment. I told her I don’t know what’s BLT is as I don’t work here and she is telling me you should know before you order. I have returned her my meal and walked out and of course never returning to that location. People don’t have work these days. Please hire someone with positive attitude who has sense of making their customers happy.
