Today l went to A&W in the lunch time and ordered spicy peri peri burger which is really good. A girl who had taken my order was very sweet and helpful her name is Shruti V. She was working alone in the front in the busy atmosphere then also she was smiling and treating everyone nicely.
Today i have visited eaton centre A&W ,Shruti V has an excellent customer service with a positive attitude with a cute smile !she was extremely helpful with my order. I did not know what to get, she suggested me a Teen burger combo with fries and root bear and The food was really fast and fresh!! !Thank you Shruti V!

Restaurant is slow with service. Took me 6 minutes to recieve my Chubby Chicken. Does not offer Coke Zero. Does not accept Amex. While I was waiting, I was able to see inside the kitchen area and there lots of food scraps on the ground. While I like A&W a lot, I would not recommend this location for your meal. Go to Chick Fil A instead for a better experience.
