Initially get my burgers at the King & John location and never disappoints. I tried this location once and mamma burger was deflated and super salty and was ready WAY too soon for a fresh one to grill. I thought it was a one off and tried again(mostly for.the convenience) and the exact same super salty sad burger. I will not be returning.

was honoured to meet vishva desai at this 'a n w' 500 bloor st west location this eveng..whatta gurl! a blessed artiste, she has a smile that ll light up the c n tower! and serves Each customer with genuine warmth in her heart.....she's polite, soft spoken, comprehends an order gone amiss, and takes a thousand steps to help make u feel better! you don't find this lot Anymore guys! Very reliable place for late night eats and to kill time

The black-bearded man working at this restaurant is incredibly arrogant and has no respect for customers. I will never shop here again because of this man!

Sloppy mess of a burger, unmanageable, disintegrated. Can’t get ice in your drink. Staff very nice. Bathroom is disgusting.

A&W is usually reliable, but this visit was just average. The food tasted fine, but it wasn’t as fresh or hot as I expected. The service was polite but a little slow, even though it wasn’t very busy. The restaurant itself was reasonably clean, but a few tables needed wiping.

It wasn’t a bad experience, but it also wasn’t memorable. A&W can definitely do better, and I hope next time the food quality and speed of service match the standard they’re known for.
