The bathroom smells so bad it made me gag. Stale urine and mould. No toilet paper or soap

Kabir was amazing. Made probably the best lettuce wrap I ever had! Really appreciate when people care about always doing a good job. Kabir goes up and beyond the call of duty and we need more like him. Made this experience a good one, especially considering the hassles this location endures. Thanks bro!!

This a and w is horrendous. I tried to place an online order in the app and it tells me mobile order is not available for this location. I walked into the store to place my order. The order was an offer in the app and I presented the QR code for the cashier to scan and she said they don't have scanners to scan any codes. Thus, I can it use any of the offers in my app!! She also said she cannot do any mobile app orders.

I want to give a big shoutout to the young gentleman working at A&W around 5 o'clock in the morning. His customer service is absolutely top-notch! Despite the early hour, he always greets customers with a warm smile and a positive attitude. His professionalism and friendliness make the early morning experience so much better.

He’s efficient, polite, and genuinely seems to care about making your day start off right. It’s rare to find such dedicated and kind service, especially so early in the day. A&W is lucky to have such a hardworking and courteous team member. Keep up the amazing work—you truly make a difference!

Just ordered 3 Buddy Burgers with cheese and no onion.
Pretty straight forward, right?
NOT to these 2 kids...
They impatiently hand me my bag while I was mid text.
I'll let that pass because I'm sure they get that a lot and it pisses them off. MY bad on that one and I'll own that.
But then I get home, only to find 2 Buddy Burgers with cheese AND onion!
I pay for 3, get 2 and served with my least favorite condiment...
NOT OKAY!!!!
I work hard for my money in this day's economy, only to have my money taken and served the wrong order, with a grin...

Visited on a Wednesday around five o'clock, not too busy and there was plenty of seating available. I was efficiently served and went for the teen combo. The burger was pretty good as was the fries, yet, the price of the combo being over $14 I felt expensive for what I got. The burger meat is quite good and was the redeeming item. The facilities are kept adequately clean. I noticed whilst I was eating that one of the staff cleaned the tables. The washroom was out of order.

Those girl who work in the morning are a prime example of people that can only work in fast food But probably shouldn't have a job anywhere.
Horrible communication. Zero customer service.
Too very slow slow ladies.
I understand you don't hire people education. Clearly these ones have no education but you could at least hire people who have a brain
Just a reminder, you should ask them how they are when they approach the counter instead of the deadest dullest look from these workers
