Hello, my name is Nadir. I work at A&W in Newmarket, and I also do Uber as a part-time job. Yesterday, I was at the store to pick up an order, but the employee didn't want to give me the special delivery bag. Instead, he gave me just a small bag of burgers and a growler of root beer. I tried to explain to him that for delivery, we need the larger bags, but he said, 'No, I'm sorry, I can not.'So, I don't know if it's my fault or his fault.

The young lady working all alone cooking and taking order is a Rockstar employee and deserves her proper pay as she was doing the job if at the very least 2 please treat your employee better that lady should not be alone running the whole show

This location has the most disgustingly filthy washroom I've ever seen; it probably hasn't been cleaned properly in months. The toilet didn't work and there was no hand soap. The hand dryer was caked in dirt.Besides that, I was charged $1.50 for tomato and lettuce on my sandwich. A sandwich is not a sandwich if you only get a bun and a piece of meat.
