Oh my God. Came in this morning Sat Oct 7,2023 and there's piss all over the lobby . You can smell it once you walk in. The employees just said the homeless and addicts take over the lobby. I don't understand why they let them hang out here , dont even purchase food.

Incredibly clean location with fantastic food. The staff is always friendly and they go the extra mile make sure the customers are happy. The lettuce wrapped teen burger (I know it's probably a pain but I love it!) is my favourite, the staff always does a great job wrapping it in a timely manner.Dietary restrictions: Great for keto or gluten free as they have lettuce wrapped burgers

My family was actually really impressed with this location. It wasn't too busy in the afternoon & we sat at tables. I was with my elderly parents so the lower levelled chairs are better than the bar stools.The young lady who took our order also brought our drinks & meals to our table. Not sure if this was because my parents don't move so quickly! But it was greatly appreciated.Always love the Beyond Burger, but it does seem like the A&W company is using a smaller Beyond party than they used to.
I love a\u0026w especially the root beer. My dog is going to be 16 years old tomorrow so I bought her a junior burger to celebrate her birthday! Don't forget to have the fries because they have the best ones around!

Only spot downtown that serves fast food FAST. Giving a 5/5 because it’s checks off everything on my list. I wanted to make changes to my order and they gave me no trouble doing that, great staff that makes you feel welcomed. The quality of food was amazing as everything was hot and fresh. Lines were moving fast. Lastly the washrooms are kept sanitized and clean. Another surprising detail since restaurants in Toronto dont care. Well done guys, I will definitely be coming back.

I think A\\u0026W makes the BEST onion rings - out of all of the fast food chains. Harvey's is really good as well but the size of the rings are just amazing at A\\u0026W.

I just have to give a huge shoutout to this A\\u0026W location for their incredible Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal. It's hands down one of the best fast food meals I've had recently.

Something has happened here. This place used to be a dive that I always regretted entering. Too many years working at A&W sadly leaves me with occasional teen burger cravings and I'd find myself drawn to the place. Happened today and I have no regrets. Must be a new management team. Great friendly service.

Here is a hit and miss. The sweet potato fries were very much raw, I had to dump them in my air fryer to make them edible but was a large portion and only needed half. The burger was good. No complaints. I do agree with most comments, the customer service is absolutely terrible on a consistent basis. It’s like they hate their jobs. On this occasion I order it delivery though so I was lucky to not have that horrible experience I’ve experienced so many times. Will continue to order. P.S I took a bite before I took the photo.
