OWNER PLEASE! Do something. This is a business not a shelter or like. TEN HOMELESS and counting up doing whatever you can imagine but being customers (even a dog was part of the story). On the other hand, it’s clear you don’t give a damn for your staff: understaffed and, besides that, they have to deal with those homeless. Leave that for the government to deal with. That’s why we pay taxes. You get focused on your thing PLEASE.

Terrible Service 👎 / worst Location. They opened the front door 1AM in the morning ? And people want to dine in. It's FREEZING 🥶 IN THIS LOCATION

Upon arrival 8/22/2025 I had placed my order with Sharath L and let him know , NO bacon and Pickles. The other associate started my meal and I saw he had added bacon on the beef on the frying station he had originally finished another lady’s order which was a BTL chicken sandwhich and handed it to her when she left I let Sharath L know That I see my burger HAS bacon as I’m complaining about my order his co worker REMOVES the bacon. He then lied to me and said no the bacon was for another Order I told him I saw your co worker removing the bacon That 1 has bacon and I will not be taking it. He then turned around and his co worker overheard my conversation and started to make a new burger. I am a Muslim and had told him No bacon can touch my food. This place is cross contamination/ does not take complaint seriously. Will not be coming back.
