The lady helped me out a lot with choosing which breakfast option I wanted, she was very polite and even gave me my order for takeout when I forgot to mention that. She had no trouble transferring it to a takeout tray. Very nice and a wonderful smile.

The staff is not interested in working. They won't even take your order for 5 minutes and then make faces if your order is big.

The manager needs to do some work on her customer service she's very rude to her employees as well as the customers. If you are working in a fast food restaurant you should have at least some etiquette or moral values on how to talk with your co-workers and customers. Hope this message is addressed by her and she works on herself. Thank you.

They messed up my order and were making food without gloves. Also the place is not clean and this Indian lady who appeared to may have been a supervisor totally didn’t care and kept wanting to go hide in the back instead of training her staff who didn’t speak English. Also, she duck taped a poster to a window hahaha

Food made me sick. Gross and dirty when not even busy. Fly strips out in open. Two men loitering talking loudly on cell phones, I imagine these are the 2 servers (female) husbands sitting around. Maybe instead of being useless on their cell phones they should help clean and make it a decent A&W. My shoe stuck to the ground it was so sticky. A&W corporate should give these people a talking to.

Horrendous experience. The whole restaurant absolutely filthy with food all over the floor, flies all over the dirty tables and garbage / sink area. Glue fly traps full of dead bugs hanging from the ceiling in the restaurant. Storage of supplies and bakery crates in the dining area. And this wasn’t during busy time but on a Saturday afternoon with only 2 other customers in the restaurant. Service provided by staff below average. Food in part disgusting, our onion rings were not properly cooked and raw on the inside. Burgers not properly cooked either. Definitely avoid this A&W. We went because the kids were hungry and regretted our choice immediately after ordering.

The store was incredibly hot inside, even with the door open. I got a frozen root beer, which is essentially a root beer & crushed ice, like a root beer slush, which means its less root beer than a regular size root beer, but it cost almost $6. Better to just buy a root beer and add crushed ice at home.

Classic A&W experience. Some of the best fast-food burgers you can get. This location has a customer accessible sink to wash your hands, perfect for families! They also always have a lot of seating available which mostly goes unoccupied due to the slightly depressing atmosphere.
