I visited this A&W location yesterday and had a very disappointing experience. When I entered and politely asked the cashier about the washroom, he rudely replied that it was only for customers. I informed him that I was a customer, but he then said I needed to place my order first before being allowed to use the washroom. I requested to use the washroom first and assured him I would place my order immediately afterward, but he refused. Due to his rigid and unhelpful attitude, I placed my order just to gain access to the washroom. This was an extremely poor example of customer service. The staff member failed to treat me with basic courtesy or recognize a customer appropriately. Based on this experience, I would not recommend visiting this location.

This is a nice sit down location in downtown Toronto with VERY nice staff. I go for the vegetarian (Beyond) burger & they let you choose other combo drinks beside soda, so you can choose healthier options.

Excellent customer service. Whenever I come here, I see the employees engagaging with the customers with highest quality. I think this location is the best A&W in the city. The employees are genuinely kind and they go above and beyond their job. Particularly the young man with glasses who was taking orders today around 4-5 pm. Highly recommended

This is the second time I purchased the Mozza burger & fries to go. There was no Mozza sauce on the burger. This is really annoying as I it was to go I only find there was no sauce after I reached home. Horrible cook and terrible service.

I used to like this place. But now with new staffs it's getting Disgusting. There is a guy who touches everything cash register, cups, do sweeping and wipe some suff around.And without washing his dirty hands, he will go to the kitchen, grab a bread and make you a sandwich. Disgusting 🤮
