This is easily the best fast food spot downtown for me. The food is always hot and fresh, not like other places serving cold fries that’ve been sitting around and charge $16 for a combo
Prices are good compared to other fast food joints, but what keeps me coming back is how clean they are and how serious they are about food safety.
They wash their hands a lot, which I notice since I’m super germ-conscious. Only one time, I had to call out a guy who handled cash and then started packing food without washing his hands after. It seemed weird because I’d seen him wash his hands a few times before and after using the POS (no cash) while I was waiting to order.
Anyway, please keep up the hand-washing; it really stands out and matters to people like me who’ll ditch a place over one cross-contamination issue.
The workers are also nice and polite. This location is great and other franchises could learn a thing or two from them. 👍🏼

Constantly get eggshells in my breakfast sandwich. They clearly don't care enough to pull them out, because I found a brown eggshell the size of a dime in my egg. I live close to here so I've eaten here like 20 times over the last year.

I asked if anything was gluten free and right away was told no. I questioned it and they said they aren’t really sure what’s gluten tbh. Unable to tell me if any items where gluten free or provide me with an allergy menu. After I left because I was too nervous to order anything as the employees were not sure about any ingredients , I found online that the menu does exist online . I believe the store employees should know this fundamental piece of info since many customer with various allergies might want to eat without risk of allergy. I was unable to eat anything as no one was able to find an allergy menu or figure out what was gluten free

Well...this place need a security to keep the cool for people dining in... A lady was washing hair at sink and asked for some help... 5mins later a shirtless man was in so I just throw in my food in mouth and rushed out...
