Your staff are reheating the apple pie turnovers, changing the texture, taste and effect. Smells off, tastes spoiled and has a burnt odd looking colour. Had it at two other locations and realized why something felt so very off here. World of a difference. I have gotten stomach aches the last 3 times I’ve eaten here. Had to throw away half of my order. Please do better. Now I avoid this location, which is unfortunate. It’s well located

A&W used to have the burgers but these days they taste very salty and a seven grain bun is already gone for a long time. The fries used to come with mayonnaise or their famous Chipotle mayo. These days they charge you for the mayo. The other day, I paid a dollar for two miserable little pouches. The ketchup is still free, why not the mayo.

The food itself was fresh and tasted good, which was a positive surprise. However, the dining area felt quite small and cramped, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Tables and floors could have used more attention, and there were no self-serve condiments available, which made the experience a bit inconvenient. Staff were polite, but the environment took away from what could have been a much better visit. With some improvements to cleanliness, space, and customer amenities, this location could really shine.

Lately in this harsh weather, it is always boiling hot in store, I cannot even wait few minutes for my food to arrive, and even the for last few times nashville was cold as ice, had to throw it away.
Even the staff were not able to change temperature, so would like management to get it fixed.

Once timer runs out it should be replaced but I’ve seen them just press the button and go on about their day without replacing item. 2 stale orders in a row is not a good look and especially worse when I come back and see people looking guilty because they know what they did. Disgusting. Need to fix up

Counter employee refused to hand the order to me despite the food being made. Furthermore, the drink lid wasn't even properly secured causing the drink to spill on me. Next time, do your job accordingly.
