A&W is probably one of my favourite fast food places due to their more natural food products. However, this location is always dirty, super slow (even where three staff onsite, only one is doing cash and prepping food), didn't wash hands, no gloves - waited and watched all of it, sadly. Giving it two stars because it's A&W.

Poor customer service. The staff did not know how to speak to customers. When I asked the girl who was helping me for her name, she refused to give it and responded with attitude. She was also getting upset with her coworker because the coworker reminded her that we had asked for no sauce. On top of that, I was overcharged — the price on the screen was different from the price on my receipt.

Solid fast food place in a convenient location... plus they're Canadian so you can feel good supporting them. If you're eating in the restaurant get your beverage in a frosty mug for the full experience. On top of all that they have a delicious breakfast for a dinner taste at rapid speed. Call me a shill but this is what fast food should be.
