I ordered the breakfast, but the hash brown was inedible. It had a terrible, stale oil smell, which makes me think they either didn’t use fresh oil or haven’t changed it in a while. The smell was really unpleasant.

I have never seen more dirty place in my life, the stuff in the kitchen they don’t follow any clean safety rules, all the tables were dirty with hairs and liquids on it, also from the smell of fried oil since you enter the restaurant you understand what will goes to your stomach. The service not good at all. I just left my food and go, I lost 16 dollars for one chicken burger small menu, but I was afraid to eat it, the most dirty restaurant I’ve ever seen in my life! ?

I work across the street in fine dining and come here often; unfortunately they wouldn’t give me a chilled glass when I was dining in on my break at 9 because they don’t feel like washing them at night, a bit disappointing

I walked in around midnight during a weekday at this location to order food and it was 1 of the most disgusted I have ever been in my life.
Everything was so incredibly dirty. I figured ok maybe they were just really busy and understaffed so I decided to order food anyway.
Once I got the food, it was so stale and disgusting, I felt gross eating it.
There was a misunderstanding with how to order via uber eats. There is a speciality buy 1 get 1 offer. I selected the correct buy-1-get-1 burger but for some reason it showed up as just one on their end. The man and woman I spoke to were unwilling to be flexible and just give me the same burger, which would have come at no cost to the company since the deal was buy-1-get-1 anyway. Extremely annoying and inconsiderate.
The woman I interacted with was legitimately rude while the man just logically unsound. I walked out because their customer service was insulting, and I didn't want to treat them how they were treating me, because that would mean I'd have to be terse and impersonal.
