Ordered a combo and the food that was given to me came uncooked, worker got mad because i asked for a refund. She also didn’t apologize and said it was a thick piece of chicken, just her saying that let’s us know the food is not being made properly. The food quality and service is not it save your money and go somewhere else. Update i got food poisoning

I ordered using the mobile app and waited for my order. 4 different orders were placed before I asked the staff about my order. Turns out it's only then that my order gets added to the queue. I had to wait for 30 mins to get my order.
The staff take their sweet time to prep food and it shows. The food itself is not great. The chicken is crusty and cracks, it is not crispy. The breading on the chicken feels and tastes like a bland cracker. The only good thing here is the root beer.
