A dead place and still managing to screw up orders has to be a special skill. Ordered 3 piece wings and made me pay for 5 and gave me 5. Ordered a nashville chicken w extra glaze turns out my burger had no glaze. The staff here has been rude. Leaving a review after multiple instances.

First of all, they don’t have scanning option to use your coupon! Staff are rude and no customer service! Mobile ordering sucks! Poor work!

Not really the greatest food and not worth the price or value for it. I ordered crispy chicken burger combo, fries are lukewarm at best, burger was small, root beer tasted very odd I threw it out after not even drinking 1/3 of it. Service was okay, it was like I work there where I am asking how they are doing and thanking them instead of the other way around. Price was around $17 which was not worth it.

I recently visited A&W Cloverdale mall and was disappointed to see that the person preparing my burger was not wearing gloves while handling the food with both hands. Food safety and hygiene should be a top priority in any establishment, and this was quite concerning. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures proper hygiene practices are followed to maintain customer trust
