The staff needs to learn some manners/ professionalism and understand that this is not India. Even though I went to pick up an order the stuff started speaking in their language. Then he made up a story and literally started shouting at me for no reason. Idk who the manager or owner is. I think this is really unacceptable.

never hsve food ready for the drivers whenever i order online , literally 2 mins away from my place but takes an hour to deliver because delivery guys keep cancelling the ordef because they make them wait , need better customer service

This was my first time at A&W I was super nervous to try it however a staff member was incredibly kind with me and patient. She helped me make the perfect meal and made it easy for me to find what I liked the food was AMAZING will definitely come back again!!

Went in at 12:30 online it’s a 3am closing time firstly asked for the flag ship special they said it had been discontinued even though they wheee advertising it like crazy then asked for a sausage and egger sandwich lady looked back and asked if there was egg and the cook refused to make it. We weren’t allowed to sit down and they refused us access to the washroom This might be the 3rd time this has happened at the beaches location. A joke of a place!! Ppl should avoid this particular location like the plague. I actually got the burger they said was discontinued on Uber eats when I got home. That location a horrible way to do business. This was on the night of Nov 29th. Defo never go back to this place.
