Food is usual AW stuff - good
However, it took way too long for mobile order to be completed - for me, an order of three burgers took around 15 minutes to be picked up.
Store wasnt even that busy.

I had a fantastic experience at A&W! The burgers were delicious and fresh, and the root beer was spot-on as always. The service specially from the girl at front counter named Kunjal was outstanding—friendly and quick, making the whole visit enjoyable. Highly recommend for great food and top-notch customer service

Rude staff. Woman working the evening of Nov 10 was an absolute horrible interaction. Refused to address me at first, glared at me when I ordered, and threw the food down on the counter when it was done. Horrible service.

Enjoy this location in person but over skip the dishes it wasn’t good. They forgot the sauce that goes with the sweet potatoes fries, they didn’t include the granola bars for my kids packs, I asked for no pickles on two burgers but they had pickles.. I asked for ice in the drinks (they have ice in person at this location) and they didn’t give ice. Overall disappointed in the delivery service

The employees are very rude and don’t follow there policy

Disappointing Service Experience at this A&W

I recently visited this A&W location, and the service was frustrating to say the least. The girl who took my order got it wrong. I ordered a Beyond Meat meal with a side of poutine, but she insisted I didn’t order a meal and charged me separately for the poutine, which is supposed to be part of the meal. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier or just a lack of attention, but it was very annoying. To make things worse, this location charges extra for grilled onions, while other A&W locations don’t.

The wait was far too long—about 15 minutes—and I didn’t have time to argue. The girl taking my order was firm that I hadn’t ordered a meal, which added to the frustration.

Another issue is that the service at this location seems to be getting worse. The staff seems more interested in listening to Gujarati songs in the kitchen and gossiping than actually focusing on the customers. It’s disappointing when the staff can’t get basic orders right because they’re too distracted. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

This place is by far the cleanest A&W we’ve been to.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Our order is always correct and the food is always nice and hot.
This is the A&W we choose and it never disappoints.

The workers who were on shift at 3:00AM on August 1st, 2024 were really nice to me after my order got stolen by a driver.

The lady at the front counter was yelling across the room at her colleague. I mean she was screaming. And then she started playing her own music from a Bluetooth speaker over the restaurant music. I couldn’t eat in peace. I had to pack my food up half way through my meal because I had such a headache listening to her to treat her job like it was her own leisure time.

Great food! Service is also nice very kind people, i chooses the but one get one free option and only costed me around $20-26
