This was the 2nd time it happened, I ordered the classic breakfast with sausages and the sausages were cold. I had to wait for the sausages to cook now all my food is coldā¦

Restaurant's delivery partner said it would take 10 minutes; it took 30. It wasn't a large order, but one of the items was missing.
I placed an order through Uber Eats and requested an additional dipping sauce by phone, as it was not available on the restaurantās Uber Eats page. Unfortunately, the sauce was not included with my order. When I called again to follow up, the staff insisted they had added it, which was untrue. The night shift staff were dismissive, unprofessional, and displayed a complete lack of customer service.

Why cant you choose lettuce wrap on uber eats? The phone number doesnāt work so its not like i can call to ask for it either!

The washroom is very dirty, it has very strong bad smell and seems never been cleaned up. I feel so bad after leaving here, the bad smell still around me after 10 minutes.

Great food. I visited at 1am and one of the staff Harsh was full of energy and very helpful. He suggested the new veggie burger and it was very good.
