Nice place but could use some cleaning sanitize the seating area and bathroom plus it could use fly sticky traps. I wasn't planning on eating there i should've taken out damn fruit flies and flies disturbing other than that it's an alright one.

terrible service. i don’t blame the workers but they are obviously understaffed (only two employees). i was the only person in line and it took me around 4 minutes (possibly more) just for them to take my order, and an additional 4 for them to serve me (i just ordered onion rings and a drink). the food itself is below average quality for an a&w.

Walked in here ordered a quick double buddy ..was so hot inside no ac nothing wasn't sure how the staff was even in here ..I had to wait outside it was too hot inside ..mind u outside mid day 3pm summer sun . Still cooler ..should of known better sure enogh within 10 mins got sick ,got food poison, bed rid for 2 days chills high fever ..something was definitely spoiled In this store location I am certain of cause of the heat in the store which felt like 3rd world country. Hope they figured it out cause I'll never eat there again

Good food, fast service, but the dining room feels a little closed down. Like not many people come in.
Food was Good as always. But the service was bad. They only had one person doing everything. No Hygiene, tables dirty, floor dirty. They need to maintain.
Can't say the atmosphere was good, as the outlet only allows for take out late at night, but the 24hr service, and the consistently delicious Beyond Meat offering, make A&W my ONLY choice for burgers ANYWHERE.

Pretty cool A\u0026W in Downtown Toronto. Actually the best A\u0026W because the lettuce, tomatoes and onions are free which isn't the case with all locations. The Mama burger was fantastic and the lady was fast. Give it a try!

This place is under staffed, only one service worker work on both cashier and prepare the food in the morning. My experience at this location was terrible. I asked some questions about the menu and the girl at the counter rolled her eyes at me right in front of my face when I was the customer ordering. It’s no excuse how busy you are (I was the only one customer there btw), you are never allowed to express your frustration to the customer. It’s rude, it’s unacceptable. She should be fired. I am not going to any Au0026W again.

Great service. I had the all day breakfast: cheese and egger sandwich. $3.75 (including tax). It was made to order. I was there at 11am and the place was quiet and very nice. I was actually able to dine in.
