All Humans need to use facility at certain times! They could be children, elderly or having an emergency! Blocking the facilities doors with numbered locks are the worst to use at any food establishment. Good luck for any good review. Definitely not mineđĄ

The service at this location has gotten dramatically worse in the last year or so. If you are expecting your food to come fast at this âfast foodâ restaurant; you should probably venture elsewhere. Will take at least 10 mins for your food even when the place is totally empty. This seems to be A LOT more common lately. Additionally, I was served a root beer that WAS ice cold as advertised, unfortunately it was as flat as the earth in the 1600s. I dumped most of it down the sink while I waited for my food and asked for a refill of ice tea when I finally received my order. I was advised that âthere are no refills on coupon ordersâ. This is not outlined anywhere in the app (where coupon was scanned). After stating that I dumped most of it down the drain because it was flat she laughed at me and said â(she) would do it this time for (me)â as if she was doing me some grand favour.
Dear management: please do better so that I donât have to waste gas driving to the next location or a different restaurant. Girl with glasses at the counter needs more training. Specifically on operational efficiency and customer service. Refusing a single refill on a fountain pop with a COGS of a few cents at the risk of causing an unhappy customer is the epitome of business stupidity. See you next time. I hope it wonât be the last

The crew are fast and friendly but their coffee was bland, tasteless and extemely hot. The chicken strips was cook perfectly as well as the bacon egg muffin. They didn't put condiments that I asked.

âCompared to places like McDonaldâs or Burger King, there are some really good fast-food burger spots that are worth getting excited about. Especially a lettuce burger or a cold root beer from A&W â those are the best.â

Came in to grab breakfast and the service was spectacular my order was made quickly food was served quickly as well
Ordered the cod burger and they tried ti give me a small single piece of fish. It wasn't until I inquired that they added the second piece.

This manager refuses to get a new scanner or fix it so that we can scan our digital card. How is s/he to reward the customers? I live nearby and have been coming here but there are a multitude of a and w in Scarborough, so I may go elsewhere where I can get points

The workers donât know what they are doing. They have a 9.99 teen burger promo going on and usually u are allowed to switch to a mozza burger combo because they are the same price, and we have done this multiple times at this location. But this time when I ordered this lady is telling me I canât as if they switched the rules when I bought the mozza combo one day ago with a different worker and it worked. Iâm furious with my order and on top of that she proceeded to give me attitude. 1 star figure it out a&w. Train your workers better.
