First time ordering and eating at this location. Staff was nice,friendly but the place is hot. No AC. They only have AC in the bathroom for some reason. The food was fresh and hot. Dislike that there is an up charge for any juices even when getting a kids meal and they don't have kids box juices here. They also give you can pops here. Never got that at any other location yet.

Had an issue with the man working today around 5pm, he refused to give me my bottle of water with my order because he didn’t see it on his end. When you open the app it prompts you to “make it a combo” I selected the water bottle and the fries. I suppose since it’s water the drink doesn’t appear, however you’ll notice in the app you CANT “make it a combo” and not select a drink, it doesn’t let you do that. The man agreed it said combo with means drink and fries, but still refused to give me my water. I was able to go across the street and get a drink from circle K, but this issue needs to be resolved

I recently visited the shop at 654 Danforth Avenue and noticed that none of the service providers were wearing gloves or taking any precautions while preparing or handling the food. I am quite surprised that, in this day and age, they do not follow even the minimum hygiene standards.

The burgers are flavourful and so tasty.😋 Oneday casually i went to taste the burger over there since that day no any other restaurant can bring the same taste. And the staff over there are so sweet whereas service feels like home.❤️

The young lady who took my order was very polite, and the gentleman who prepared the burger did an excellent job.

Excellent service

Ate here recently and all the tables were covered with dust and crumbs. We were the only people there, so I'm not exactly sure what the staff were doing that they didn't have time to wipe things down. Frankly it was a little disgusting.

The vibes are off, I can’t tell if the renovations are finished because it looks half complete. The green was such an odd choice. They also took away the napkins, garbage, condiments etc. which is fine but they didn’t put napkins in my bag. I will likely not come back here again.

I visited first time the a&w and my experience was too gud. Staff is very humble and good at there service specially BALRAJ KAUR. Really enjoyed my food as well as the environment which include music too.

Recommended dishes: Veggie Burger

Clean your chairs, tables, and pick up your clutter. Degrease your flooring, and wash them. Familiarize yourself with your menu so i dont have to tell you whats in a menu item.
When you do all that, perhaps i may return.
Thank goodness there are other A&Ws in toronto !!!
