It was ok, just not great. Later at night and staff never offered anything extra and were not very focused on customers. A bit of a sketchy crowd in and around the place so that may have had the staff on edge. I will go back and try again.

It's just a corner restaurant, and it's just A&W, but I like their food. Their service is generally good, and the staff at those location (Pape and Danforth) are cheerful and pleasant.Something that is very nice is that they make your food when you place your order. There is nothing sitting around under heat lamps. Everything I have purchased was deliciously fresh.
This place smells like Pee. I went in there and asked for Egg and Cheese Combo. She charged me $13 for that. Because she added an extra wrap which the previous customer would have ordered and she forgot to take it off the screen.The Hash brown tasted like it was fried in very dirty oil and the freshly made eggs were chewy. I literally came back in and threw most of it in garbage.Would never go there again.

This was by far the rudest restaurant I have ever encountered..went there last night..stood politely for 5 mins while she bagged 2 burgers in a bag.Finally served me with severe attitude. Because I needed her to let me into their disgusting washroom because I was desperate, I still remained polite.The cook and herself started speaking in their language after kicking a man out for walking into the upstairs bathroom and asking why all the customers had to use the dirty ones downstairs when there was a clean functioning one upstairs.I have back issues, so going up and down stairs presents a problem..so good question is why are we forced to use the dirty ones downstairs and have to wait to be buzzed in..when there is a functioning one on the same level as the restaurant.Not great for seniors or anyone with a disability.Would never recommend anyone going here ..Very poor attitude and dirty restaurant do not make a great combination

The night manager working in here is kne of the best workers I’ve ever seen, he’s so humble and welcoming. He welcomed my friends and I and helped us a lot and served us in the best possible way!Amazing!!!
